Are all of your items handmade?

Yes, each piece is carefully handcrafted by yours truly.

When can I expect my package to ship?

All orders placed will be shipped weekly on Thursday. I ship orders via USPS - Parcel Select or Priority Mail. Delays due to internal USPS issues is out of my control.

What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances will be accepted for dissatisfaction with clay, glaze, color, style or technique used with the stoneware. I do my best to take photos that will accurately represent the colors of my pottery, but as we all know there can be some slight differences. By placing an order you accept the terms and conditions.

What happens if my order gets lost or damaged in the mail?

All packages are automatically insured up to $100 with USPS. Please make a claim with USPS once it has been determined that the package has been lost or damaged. I cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
